Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all pre-orders placed with AIRSOFT SUPPLY STORE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for products not yet released or available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these Terms in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions of Sale.

1. Pre-Order Reservation

  • By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a product in advance of its release date.
  • Availability of pre-order products is subject to change as people purchase pre-order product. We do not accept "Holds".

2. Payment

  • Full payment (or a deposit, if specified) is required at the time of placing your pre-order.
  • If only a deposit is required, the remaining balance must be paid before your order is shipped or collected.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your pre-order.

3. Release Dates & Shipping

  • Any release dates provided are estimates only and are subject to change due to supplier, manufacturing, or shipping delays.
  • We will notify you of significant delays or changes where possible.
  • Pre-order products will be shipped or made available for collection once stock has arrived and payment has been completed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped or collected.
  • Cancellation will incur a 5% fee to cover transaction fees incurred at time of purchase.
  • If a deposit was paid, it may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will be entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid.

5. Price Changes

  • The price of pre-order items will be confirmed at the time you place your order.
  • If there are unforeseen cost increases before release (e.g., supplier or import costs), we reserve the right to adjust the price. You will be notified in advance and may cancel your order if you do not accept the revised price.

6. Limitations

  • Pre-orders are subject to stock allocations and may be limited in quantity per customer.
  • We reserve the right to cancel duplicate or bulk pre-orders that are deemed excessive or made for resale purposes (Not including prior wholesale arrangements).

7. Agreement

By placing a pre-order with us, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • These Terms apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions of Sale.
